1. Services Offered
Shibutz assists elementary schools in creating class lists efficiently. Users can create and manage an unlimited number of class lists through our platform.
2. Registration and Ownership
Upon registration, users gain access to the tool to create class lists. These lists remain under the users' ownership.
3. Refund Policy
Users can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests should be directed to our support team via support@shibutz.com.
4. User Data Collection
We collect personal data, including names, emails, and payment information, solely for service provision and account management. The data provided for creating class lists will not be used for any purposes other than generation of the lists. For details about our services, visit our FAQ section.

7. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use Shibutz solely for legitimate educational purposes related to class list creation and student placement. Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Shibutz platform. Any automated or bulk access to the service without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Shibutz platform — including but not limited to the software, algorithms, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Shibutz and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The class lists and data you create using our service remain your property.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shibutz provides the service "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of generated class lists. Shibutz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings, which will permanently remove all associated data.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Israel.
